02. Where are you based?

We are based in the Maryland USA. We work with our clients in several countries.

03. Why are your design prices not listed?

Pricing and costs vary dramatically because each project is different, our price would be calculated on client’s requirements, project scope, appropriate design styles, technologies utilized and other factors.

04. WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR YOUR GRAPHIC DESIGN SERVICES?

Our prices depend on many variants, the important point is you can be sure you are getting the best price for the super quality of your design project. We charge contract based and hourly based. Our hourly based rate is $75/hr. and contracts are calculated based on the difference of each project (recommended).

06. Who owns the copyright for the designs you produce?

Copyright carried out by Orange Graphic and transfers to the client after completing the project and payment. We reserve the right the project for promotional purposes and our portfolio.

07. what is the time frame on a project?

Time frames can vary depending on the project type as well as the complexity of it. Once a deposit has cleared, the design drafts begin. Usually the process of finding the concept is the most labor intensive, so turnaround time would be different. We do our best to set up the best time frame for each project. Our advice is you should allow sufficient time for the designing and proofing of your project to receive the best possible design.

08. What is your design process?

Each project starts by discussing the details with the client. After that we establish the project requirements as a design brief. The next step is researching and creating ideas and make the graphics or visual design. The design would be discussed with the client for any modification. The last process is to make the final file/files.

09. do you provide website maintenance and updates services?

Yes we do, We support our customers’ needs.

10. Whar are the final design projects output formats?

Print files would be supplied in high resolution formats, web files would be supplied as 72 DPI resolutions. There are also mix of vector and PSD format outputs, for example a tiff file for banners etc.

11. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept payment in the form of Credit Card, PayPal, Electronic Transfer and Check.

12. What are the payment terms?

We require an initial payment representing fifty percent of the total fee for the start. The remainder of the balance is payable upon completion of the job.
